Bill was in the construction field for 30 years and owned his own framing company for 25 years. Bill became a Christian in September 1994 and that began the journey to where he is today. On September 14th 2004 Pastor Bill graduated from the London Institute for Evangelism with a Bachelor of Ministry Degree. Bill has been a member of Christ’s Church of the Valley since early 2000 where he was mentored and groomed for the ministry by Dr. Rodney R. Allee who retired on October 23rd 2006. Pastor Bill is looking forward to many years of dedicated service in appreciation for all that God has done for him through His Son Jesus Christ.

Worship Leader Dale Lister - Dale Lister has served Christ’s Church of theValley since January 1995. He has served as choir director and praise team leader during this entire tenure. He now serves as leader of the praise team. His wife, Cheryl, serves with him as the church’s keyboard player. In addition to his service at Christ’s Church of the Valley, Dale serves as an eighth grade science teacher, cross country coach and track coach at Hillview Middle School in Palmdale, California.

Dale is also a member of the High Desert Runners, a local distance running club for people of all ages. He trains for and competes in local public races and he has successfully completed 9 marathons.

Women with Purpose Ministry Emily Vail - I was born to Christian parents and raised in church all of my life. I was taught to honor God by my life’s decisions and serve Him willingly. My parents were always examples of that. I have two sisters who share these values.

My life has taken many turns, not all of them the way God would have had me go. Thankfully, He loved me and worked in me to bring me back to His path. I have been blessed richly through God’s provision and protection, even when I failed to be faithful.

Missions Bill McFarlane - I have been a member of Christ’s Church of the Valley from almost the beginning; and have served in many different areas. At the present time I am serving as director of missions. It is an extremely challenging and rewarding ministry. I had the privilege of organizing and leading our first mission trip in August to the American Indian Christian Mission. From the very start, God prepared all of us, especially me, for this trip. We were so blessed by the trip that another trip is being planned. Our congregation supports other organizations: Nino’s De Baja, Colegio Biblico, Atescedero Christian Home, North American Christian Convention, Care Net, Acton Rehab, Christian Children’s Fund, Hope International University and William Jessup University.
